Return Process

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
